About Reconnect 180

Reconnect 180 is a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization redefining reentry through education, employment, and accountability. Founded by Jacquin Webb, a formerly incarcerated leader with six years of successful reintegration, Reconnect 180 exists to support people returning home with real tools—not slogans. We bridge the gap between incarceration and opportunity by providing pre- and post-release navigation, educational access, vocational pathways, and wraparound support for individuals within the Nevada Department of Corrections and beyond. Our approach is non-faith-based and non-recovery-centered, rooted in lived experience, purpose-driven leadership, and the belief that transformation begins with community and education. We work closely with the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) and Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) to connect returning citizens with college access, training, and mentorship opportunities. Reconnect 180 operates at the intersection of education, workforce development, and justice reform, helping Nevadans rebuild stable lives through: Pre-release preparation in coordination with NDOC Release-day support, including transportation, meals, and family reunification Post-release guidance, connecting participants to housing, education, and employment Vocational training and employer partnerships, such as early work with Greg’s Electric Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) certification pathways, helping graduates gain meaningful employment Our mission is simple: to make reentry real. By prioritizing education and accountability, Reconnect 180 is proving that when given a chance, people don’t just return—they rise.
