About Reconstruct Consulting Group

At Reconstruct Consulting Group, we exist for one reason: to facilitate the growth and prosperity of the next generation of contractors- because business is personal, and we’ve personally been there. We’ve been in the trenches, we’ve felt the chaos of late-night estimates, crew headaches, missed family dinners, and growth ceilings that just won’t break. That’s why we founded Reconstruct- to guide contractors through the hard transition from “doing it all” to actually leading with clarity, purpose, and freedom. WHAT WE DO We don’t hand out cookie-cutter templates or one-size-fits-all advice. We deliver reconstructive work for your business and your leadership- designed to align your identity, vision, and systems so the business supports your life, not the other way around. We help contractors show up better at home, reconnect with their families, and build a business that supports the life they actually want to live. OUR SERVICES: ▪️Custom-tailored coaching and personalized leadership work ▪️Identity and mission alignment sprints for team clarity and culture development ▪️Quarterly and annual planning through Vision Days and ongoing partnerships WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE US: Because business and life aren’t separate- they’re deeply connected. Our clients want more than growth; they want balance, purpose, and peace of mind. We give them the framework and support to make that possible. At Reconstruct, we help you stop running in survival mode and start leading with purpose. We measure success in family dinners, vacations, and peace of mind- not just revenue.
