About Recruiter Room KK

Japan's first Artificial Intelligence focused agency, selectively working with the best tech companies in the country. We helped build a lot of the vanguard of the now-booming AI sector. We have ditched the baggage of the recruitment industry in favour of client, candidate and employee satisfaction. No KPIs or busy work. We focus on the process and target interview hit-rates over 80%. We keep it honest and consultative and try not to waste anyone's time (including our own). Consultants live and work where and how they like while keeping the bulk of their earnings. We are about as far removed from 'big-agency' as you can get, and better for it.
