About RED Company

As a developer, we have a unique combination where the complementary expertise’s of development and design are combined. We are driven by an ongoing commitment to quality and innovation in property development where value optimisation is central to both the building and the area. A development is more than a building and a cost-benefit analysis. It also has to respond in a smart way to the social, economic, environmental and technological trends that are of great importance for the value optimisation of the project in the broader sense of the word. RED Company is based in Rotterdam. Our team is composed of professionals who specialise in residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects and have impressive backgrounds in architecture, construction, design, development and engineering. Each member of the RED Company team takes pride in the exceptional standards of design and ingenuity evident in each of their projects, and in the timeless quality that shines through every detail.
