About Red Earth Developments

Red Earth Developments Ltd is a property development company based in the southwest of the UK. We specialise in designing and delivering bespoke, environmentally sensitive residential projects in some of the most sought-after locations in the South West of the UK, including Salcombe, Dartmouth, Bath, and Sherborne. We bring a personal, hands-on approach to every project. Led by Simon Friend, the company ensures that each development is carefully overseen from acquisition through to design, build, and sale, creating homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also fit for contemporary living. Our team works closely with architects and designers to ensure each site is developed in a way that complements its unique surroundings. At Red Earth, we only ever invest in locations we love, ensuring that every home we build is not just a place to live but a place people can truly call home.
