Red Gate Asset Management is an independent investment manager focused exclusively on China’s equity markets. Our on-the-ground team combines both international and domestic experience in managing offshore China long-only funds and separately managed accounts for global investors, including; banks, family offices, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds. China’s stock markets are vastly under-researched and exhibit a high degree of inefficiency relative to those in the west. As an active investment manager, we believe an inefficient market implies that there is scope to screen the universe of stocks and identify mispriced or undervalued companies.
