Red Tulip is the leading UK provider of Action Profile®, a unique tool proven to solve difficult team relationships, highlight blind spots in decision making and increase natural cooperation. An Action Profile is a comprehensive tool that uncovers our unconscious pattern of thinking and our innate way of approaching decisions, projects and tasks. When teams are trained to respect each other’s strengths and natural decision making patterns, individuals feel more committed to the decisions and energised in their work, positively impacting the organisation. We work with individuals and teams in the following ways: DECISION PATTERN PROFILE (ACTION PROFILE®) Calculated from highly detailed observations of tiny variations in nonverbal communication and derived from the pioneering work of Rudolf Laban over 75 years ago, you will receive your own profile, at a glance diagrams and an in depth feedback session. RELATIONSHIP PROFILE (RE-ACTION PROFILE®) Once members of your team have completed their Action Profile, we’ll provide insightful analysis detailing your team dynamics, individual motivations, and emotional reactions. You’ll receive a chart mapping each person’s behaviour pattern allowing you to work more effectively with your team. We can also provide a report detailing why projects may be stalling and strategies to keep them on track.
