REDAH Informatics is a pioneer in Uganda in the field of real estate informatics. In 2015, our founders who are experienced professionals in the fields of surveying started on the journey to provide infrastructure to transform real estate and portfolio information for market validation and risk profiling insights. Redah is a Software as a Service Platform for Real Estate Information Management and Analytics which provides solutions for: i. Transaction and asset tracking Store and manage access real estate transaction and portfolio information in a structured and centralized platform. ii. Market Analytics Analyse real estate portfolio and market trends and statistics at different geo-levels from local neighbourhood to aggregated district and national levels. iii. Risk Profiling Monitoring of risk in individual property, portfolio and enterprise for active risk management. VALUE PROPOSITIONS: Financial Institutions Actively improve the quality of real estate collateral portfolio by reviewing comparable transactions and market indices; remotely validating location & site details; & collateral values at origination. In addition, we facilitate due diligence to maintain quality of collateral with ongoing portfolio risk assessment, and quick access to a desktop reference vault. Government – MDAs and LGs Benchmark assessments of rental tax, stamp duty, and property rates to market rates to improve revenue collection. Monitor resettlement action plans with an inventory of compensation assessments for public infrastructure projects and district compensation rates to support planning and comparison of infrastructure project costs. Professional Services Improve turnaround time for service delivery by keeping up-to-date with market trends, delivering the latest market insights while communicating with clients through a quick service vendor portal. Consumers (Public) Enhance financial inclusion for owner of informal tenure using the informal tenure registry that keeps rate.
