About REDEC/RRC Southern Tier

REDEC/RRC is the Southern Tier's primary revolving loan fund, providing financial and technical assistance for start-up and expanding businesses located in Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Tioga Counties. REDEC/RRC is an important and vital contributor to the economic health of our region, by participating in projects that will have a positive impact on employment and broaden our communities’ tax base. We have developed strong working relationships with the private financial institutions, economic development organizations, counties and chambers of commerce. Equally important are the dedicated volunteer board of directors and the local business community.
