About Redeux Energy

Redeux Energy is a utility-scale solar and storage development company. We are experts in transforming greenfield, brownfield and industrial lands into renewable power projects that create new revenue streams, meet ESG goals, and support local economies and workforces. Redeux is led by veterans of the largest Independent Power Producers (IPP) with decades of collective experience in project development, finance, construction and operations. Redeux’s lead financial sponsors include Cathexis Holdings LP, a multi-billion-dollar private equity investor with significant real estate holdings, and Thoroughbred Holdings, a private equity investor and operator focused on energy, infrastructure and natural resources assets.
