One would expect that building or remodeling an apartment in the 21st century would be a simple, fast and even fun process. However, this is often not the case. Technical knowledge exists, of course, but recurring lapses in management, human resources and execution tangle the whole process. These problems are especially visible in private works, since the client does not have the technical mastery of the project and its operation, being vulnerable to the lack of professionalism, the non-compliance with deadlines and the inflating budgets. At ReDo we believe that the process of building or remodeling an apartment does not have to be an adventure in chaos or an exercise in uncertainty.
