We process real estate documents for real estate agents. As the requirements for disclosures have increased the amount of paperwork involved in a real estate transaction, so has the need for real estate assistants and transaction coordinators. A Transaction Coordinator will manage all the details involved in closing a real estate transaction and monitor the process by communicating with the real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and lenders. Transaction Coordinators are also known as Escrow Coordinators, Transaction Administrators, or Transaction Managers. Our office is in located in Sacramento, but we handle transactions for real estate sales anywhere in Northern California. It takes the average real estate agent around twenty hours to track all the disclosures and paperwork for each escrow. We do it all for ONLY $195.00 per escrow. We can do it for less because we have the computer systems, processes and experience to do it efficiently and accurately.
