About Reflab s.r.l.

Reflab is an independent software consultancy founded in 2003. We help organisations modernise, extend and maintain web platforms, editorial systems, intranets, knowledge bases and custom Python applications with direct senior involvement and long-term continuity. We work best on existing systems that already carry complexity: CMS-heavy platforms, migrations, integrations, hosting, and technical continuity work where reliability matters as much as new functionality. Our strongest capabilities include Python development, Plone and CMS engineering, pragmatic interfaces, and LLM-enabled workflows treated as engineering work rather than marketing hype. Reflab is led by Francesco Merlo and Riccardo Lemmi. We stay close to the work, favour open-source and client-controlled choices, and prefer durable solutions over unnecessary rewrites.
