About Reflect Evaluation

Reflect Evaluation is a Black woman-owned evaluation and learning firm that views evaluation as a powerful tool for learning and growth. As evaluators, we are driven by a deep passion for a world where everyone can thrive. Our learning-centered approach focuses on using responsive data collection, adaptive capacity-building, and engaging reporting techniques to help community, philanthropic, public, and nonprofit leaders learn with and from one another. For us, reflective practice means continually examining our own biases and methods to promote data equity. This orientation positions us not just as evaluators, but as facilitators of a two-way learning process, where all of our partners are valued as evaluative thinkers and experts.
