About Reflex Group

We are a full-service product firm specializing in Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing. Our team takes products from initial concept sketches all the way to scaled production, helping clients launch market-ready products faster and with fewer risks. At ReflexGRP, we’ve built a multidisciplinary team designed to take products from the earliest spark of an idea all the way through production and scale. In-house, you’ll find industrial designers, mechanical engineers, product developers, soft goods designers, and manufacturing specialists — all collaborating under one roof. This integration allows us to move quickly, solve problems creatively, and ensure a seamless path from sketch to market-ready product. Our collective experience spans industries including automotive, medical devices, wearable technology, consumer health and wellness products, sporting goods, and performance and licensed apparel. Along the way, our team members have contributed to products for some of the world’s most iconic brands. What ties all of this together is our shared passion for creating products that are innovative, functional, and built to perform — whether for athletes, consumers, or global brands.
