About REFORMA Property Development Oy

Reforma specializes in property development. In particular, our organization offers a bespoke service which aims to create user solutions and grow the value of property assets. As a development project partner we work closely with property owners, asset managers, investors and construction companies. We also act as a partner for companies seeking for optimal spatial solution for their business. Our core competences are to deliver spatial and logistics related solutions and to combine them with commercial starting points and goals. We put these objectives into practice through physical development and the tenant sourcing process. As a result, we create the optimal solution for the property user and offer a valuable property for the owner that can either be divested as an investment product or owned profitably for the long term.
