What We Offer: RTC offers graduate-level coursework designed for certified educators looking to: Earn a Master of Education (M.Ed.) Complete a certificate or Area of Advanced Study Meet state recertification requirements Advance on the salary scale Strengthen instructional practices Support student needs in real time Our programs are available in asynchronous online, live-virtual, and hybrid formats — so educators can learn when and how it works best for them.
