About Us The Reinsurance Company of Uzbekistan was established by Presidential Decree and registered on 2 September 2025. The Company is licensed to conduct reinsurance activities in both General and Life insurance. Our sole shareholder is the Regulatory Authority – NAPP. In the local market, insurance companies are required to first offer their risks to the Reinsurance Company of Uzbekistan before placing them with foreign reinsurers. And, the Company is fully authorized to cede risks to and accept risks from international reinsurance companies, enabling participation in the global reinsurance market and the diversification of risk.
