About Reise Mitas Tires LLP

Reise Mitas Tires LLP (RMTL) is a joint venture between Mahansaria Group (76%) and Yokohama TWS Holding AB (Yokohama TWS) (24%). RMTL manufactures two-wheeler tires for Yokohama TWS under their brand name Mitas for resale in International markets (primarily Europe and North America), and Mahansaria Group entity Reise Moto under a new brand name for the domestic market in India and certain other South Asian countries. RMTL has set up a state of art manufacturing facility in Sayakha Industrial estate in Gujarat. The facility is spread across 30 acres and boasts of the best-in-class tire manufacturing set up. Currently, Yokohama TWS is focused on the European market for the manufacturing of tyres for two-wheelers. The joint venture will pave the way for Yokohama TWS to grow its business globally by gaining access to additional production capacity.
