About Reitman Research and Strategy, LLC

The mission of Reitman Research and Strategy (RRS) is to support equity-focused organizations with the tools and analyses they need to turn plans into action. Based in New York City, RRS provides research, evaluation and strategic planning consulting to organizations across the country. Its President, Dr. Meredith Reitman, was formerly a faculty member in the field of critical race theory and conducted research on the role of race in workplace belonging and exclusion. She continued to use this lens as a researcher and evaluator in the nonprofit and public sectors for two decades, exploring racial implications within employment, health, housing, and education.
