We help hotels & restaurants to sustainably get more ratings & feedback from their guests on the popular rating platforms. 9 out of 10 guests pay attention to guest reviews when making their booking decisions, but only 1 out of 10 guests writes a review. At the same time, guests are often quicker to give negative reviews than positive ones. Satisfied guests are often too comfortable to write reviews, even though they could often improve the rating significantly. Our solution helps to motivate guests to actually write a review on e.g. Google during their stay. This leads not only to more reviews but also to a better online presence and measurably more bookings.
