Founded by Becky Smith and Vanessa Victor, we specialise in helping professional women with ADHD, dyslexia, and other forms of neurodivergence navigate burnout, boundaries, and belonging - with confidence and calm. Our work is grounded in lived experience, psychological insight, and practical tools that honour how your brain really works. Our two signature offers: Resilient Minds - A powerful small-group coaching programme for neurodiverse women to recover from burnout, rebuild identity, and thrive emotionally and professionally. The Remarkable Society - A peer-based community where neurodivergent women connect, learn, and grow - without judgement, comparison, or masking. We also work with values-driven organisations to foster neuroinclusive workplaces and support HR leaders with tools to retain and empower diverse talent.
