About RENAISSANCE SOUTH LA INC

RENAISSANCE SOUTH LA INC (RSLA) is a mission-driven non-profit advancing equity, stability, and opportunity for justice-impacted individuals and families across South Los Angeles. For more than twenty years, we have delivered high-quality reentry, case management, and second-chance programs that strengthen communities and create pathways to long-term success. We specialize in holistic, client-centered support that integrates mental health services, housing navigation, employment readiness, life-skills development, and family reunification. Our model is grounded in accountability, compassion, and evidence-informed practices that help individuals overcome barriers created by incarceration, trauma, and systemic inequities. RSLA's impact is amplified through strategic partnerships with leading community organizations and public agencies-including Harvard House, Tibia's House, Tessie Cleveland Community Services, the Department of Probation (Torrance), and the Department of Children and Family Services. These collaborations ensure continuity of care and expand access to critical resources for the people we serve. Our programs are built on four pillars: intervention, awareness, housing and education. Through this framework, we empower clients to stabilize, rebuild, and reintegrate as productive, confident members of their communities. Thousands of individuals have achieved meaningful milestones through our support, from securing employment to restoring family connections. At RSLA, we are committed to delivering high-impact, equity-driven solutions that transform lives and strengthen South LA. We stand as a trusted partner in community advancement-driven by purpose, guided by integrity, and dedicated to unlocking human potential.
