About Renovo Wellness Club

Sauna and cold plunge have been utilized by humans all over the world for thousands of years to aid in recovery, and to create a serene, community-driven space to truly rest and unplug. We’re Charlotte and Gavin, and we caught the contrast therapy bug a few years ago. We found ourselves consistently drawn back to it, and chasing it everywhere we went... at home here in Pittsburgh and in our travels. Our step into this space represents a simple mission: to be stewards of contrast therapy by offering it a unique, accessible medium - in Pittsburgh and beyond!
