Rent App is a seamless and secure way to pay or collect rent. There are no fees for renters or landlords, and tenants can build credit history with free credit reporting. There are no weekly limits, and funds are sent using industry-standard ACH transfers—removing the need for checks, cash, money orders, or Zelle/Venmo. We also offer Split Pay, which allows tenants to split their rent into two more manageable payments while the landlord still gets paid in full and on time.
