Over the past 30 years there has been little improvement in the way traditional real estate agencies manage investment properties on behalf of owners and how they charge for their services. Difficulty finding a reliable agency, constant staff turnover, poor communication, low transparency and high fees are pretty much universal.After years offrustration using real estate agencies to manage our own investment properties we knew there had to be a better way and so Rent360 was born!Introducing Rent360, Australia’s first online marketplace for property management. We provide property investors with a better alternative to self-managing or using a traditional real estate agency by connecting them directly to a network of experienced, local and independent property managers who provide a full 360º property leasing and management service for all-inclusive, effort based fees, saving investors around 35% per year.
