About REP Developments

At REP, we deliver energy solutions that power progress. Specialising in wind and solar power generation, we develop, build, and maintain projects that bring clean, reliable energy to businesses, industries, and communities. Through our subsidiaries, Wind Academy (Pty) Ltd. and NxtWind & Solar, we go beyond energy infrastructure to drive innovation in education, sustainability, and project excellence. NxtWind & Solar provides comprehensive services in wind farm operations & maintenance (O&M), commercial solar installations, and energy asset management. From ensuring turbines and solar plants operate at peak efficiency to delivering tailored solar solutions for businesses, we optimise energy production for maximum reliability and cost savings. At Wind Academy, we believe the future of energy starts in the classroom. By integrating digital learning with sustainability-focused education, we equip students and teachers with the tools to shape a smarter, greener tomorrow. For us, energy is more than just generation—it’s about building solutions that empower businesses and communities for the long term.
