Rescue Outreach Mission (ROM) is a human resources agency in Seminole County that provides a safe, supportive, and healing environment where families and individuals experiencing homelessness receive the assistance they need to return to self-sufficiency. Over its almost 40-year history, ROM has stayed true to the vision of its founder, Mother Blanche Belle Weaver, to give individuals experiencing homelessness hope while also continuing to serve the community in a more nurturing and comprehensive manner. The core of our values is driven by a Housing-focused approach and is echoed in our mission, vision, and values.
