Research Metrics was founded in 2004 to develop mystery shopping software. Through the years we have expanded our suite of products to move beyond mystery shopping into customer satisfaction, marketing research, internal auditing, and other data collection methods. Our core product is our Shopmetrics mystery shopping platform, however have brought many other products to market in recent years as we have matured in the industry.
