About Respublica (Pty) Ltd

We are South Africa’s leading developer, owner and manager of student accommodation. In fact, we set new standards in South Africa. Our student residences provide an ecosystem for living and learning that is clean, modern and conducive to the academic success of our students. We provide fully-serviced residence halls that offer apartment-style living. Our residences are near to campuses, very safe and offer a full complement of student facilities (including free Wi-Fi, TV rooms, computer centres, study centres, gymnasiums, swimming pools, laundries and outdoor living). At the same time, our house rules ensure a harmonious environment with the appropriate balance of work and play for all residents. We are unique in that we manage all aspects of construction, operations and funding ourselves. That includes all elements of the value chain from site acquisition, design and building, to management of residence life. That single point of contact lets our property development, facilities management, residence life and finance teams work alongside each other. The result is unparalleled success in the delivery of: • New developments, both on and off campus (development and project management) • On- and off-campus residence management solutions (both facilities and residence life services). Simply put, we know our students will be the leaders of tomorrow. That’s why our product offering extends far beyond accommodation. We believe in inspiring our students to enhance both their social and academic abilities. By creating an integrated student-centric eco-system, we help set them on a path to achieving their life goals. We strive to continually redefine their living experiences through innovation and excellence of accommodation, and by caring service delivery. To make our stakeholders prosper, we will keep on investing in people who share our values of integrity, innovation and dedication, so we continue to outperform expectations.
