About Rest & Revive Design Co

I specialize in transforming short-term rentals, investment properties, and residential homes into beautifully designed, functional spaces that work hard for you—whether you're hosting guests, flipping a property, or simply creating your dream home. Property owners and homeowners come to me wanting to increase their bookings, raise property value, or finally love the way their space looks and feels. But the truth is, bringing a vision to life—one that is both aesthetically elevated and strategically planned—can feel overwhelming and frustrating to do on your own. You might be: 🔹 Buying random décor pieces hoping it all comes together, but ending up with a space that feels disjointed (and worse, isn't guest- or buyer-friendly). 🔹 Using uninspired listing photos that don’t highlight the true potential of your property. 🔹Struggling with low occupancy, stagnant returns, or simply not enjoying your home as much as you want to. Trying to handle it all yourself can be time-consuming, inefficient, and costly... That’s where I come in. With my signature Design for Listings process (perfect for STRs and investment properties) and my full-service design support for residential homes, I help you create an intentional, polished space that attracts the right guests, buyers—or brings you peace of mind as a homeowner. ✔ Confidently present a professionally designed space that stands out online and in person. ✔ Attract your ideal guests, buyers, or tenants with thoughtful, strategic design. ✔ Maximize your return—whether that’s in nightly rates, resale value, or everyday joy in your space. That fully booked calendar? That beautifully designed forever home? That high-performing investment property? Let’s bring it to life together! And the best part? My design process only takes a few weeks! You’re just steps away from a space that finally works for you. ✔ Book a Strategy Call with me here: https://calendly.com/restrevivedesignco
