About RESYCURE GmbH

Resycure supports brands and packaging producers with PCR quality & qualification services, with a strong focus on pre-arrival batch screening, ongoing monitoring, and early drift detection. PCR issues often don’t show up at onboarding. They appear later as “same spec, different result”: unstable runs, scrap, re-testing, and downtime. We help teams catch variability early and keep performance stable over time through four service areas: ✅ Monitor & Report (core focus): • Pre-arrival batch screening: we review batch documentation before delivery and flag out-of-spec / high-risk lots early, • trend tracking and early drift signals across deliveries, • supplier benchmarking and audit-ready reporting linked to orders. Outcome: fewer surprises in production and clearer supplier accountability. ✅ Source & Match (as needed): We help identify suitable PCR sources for your packaging requirements and reduce supply risk through structured matching. ✅ Qualify & Approve: We coordinate qualification across recycler → lab → converter → brand to speed up approvals and reduce fragmentation. ✅ Optimize & Improve: We translate production feedback into improved specifications and acceptance criteria, so you tighten what matters and avoid unnecessary cost. Built for: Packaging Procurement, Packaging R&D, Quality and Operations using rPET, rHDPE, rPP (and more).
