About Retail Impact LTD

Retail Impact is a consultancy-based company that works with some of the world’s largest Retailers and their supply chain base. We are able to make a positive impact on our clients by using data to help us make decisions and implement changes that will positively impact the Retailers and their Suppliers at all levels of the organisation. Some of the keys to our success are driven by improving communication within the Retailers we support and with the suppliers directly, building trust with our clients so that we are able to access the right people and systems in order to implement positive changes, and building customised systems which enable us to extract and build a picture using data to make informed business decisions. With many retailers facing challenges in growing, consolidating, and defending their market position, the need to act fast to compete has become more and more challenging. We work with Retailers and their supply chain base to sharpen their end-to-end commercial offering- from category strategy and management to assortment planning and optimisation, pricing and promotions, personalisation and loyalty, vendor management, and fresh category analysis. We transform our client’s grocery store operations, supply chains, and procurement processes. Our work has resulted in significantly increased sales, reduced operating costs, and inventory optimisation for our grocery clients.
