RETAS is an inbound assistance company based in Istanbul, Turkey and we have been operating since 1982, rendering assistance to travelers visiting Turkey. We are currently representing a number of assistance companies from France, Germany, Spain, USA, UK, Greece, Austria, Italy, Benelux, Israel, Ukraine, Panama and Ecuador. Our company is available 7/24 for customers in need of technical and/or medical treatment throughout the Turkish territory as well as some neighboring countries and our experienced multi-lingual staff is dedicated to the unique needs of customers to ensure outstanding service with utmost care, reliability, responsibility, empathy, and efficiency. Retas has the capacity to assist clients in six languages; Turkish, French, English, Spanish, Italian and German.
