About Retreat Yourself

Retreat Yourself exists to help people slow down, reconnect, and take time for themselves, even in the busiest seasons of life. Founded in Australia, we began with a simple belief: self-care shouldn’t require time off, a retreat, or a complete lifestyle overhaul. It should fit gently into everyday life, one small ritual at a time. Today, Retreat Yourself is a leading wellness and gifting brand, curating seasonal subscription boxes and thoughtful gifts filled with high-quality Australian and New Zealand wellness products - while supporting local brands and makers to share their products with a wider community. At our core is the belief that self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. And that sometimes, doing less can make you feel a whole lot better. More than what’s inside the box, Retreat Yourself is about creating moments of pause, building a connected community, and making self-care feel achievable, grounding, and real.
