About Retreats on Yachts

🌊 Where Transformational Leadership Meets the Ocean We help purpose-driven retreat leaders bring their vision to life on the water — by hosting unforgettable, transformational yacht retreats in stunning destinations like Croatia, Egypt, and beyond. Our mission is to support you in creating soulful experiences that inspire deep connection, personal growth, and powerful transformation — all while sailing the open sea. As yacht retreats are a whole different experience than those on land, we’re here to help you take the leap and elevate your retreats to the ocean. We are the bridge — supporting you in every step of this exciting transition. From planning and logistics to branding and filling your retreat, we help you navigate this new format so you can focus on what you do best: holding space and changing lives — now, with the sea as your magical co-host. We also offer our Voyage of Visionaries — a unique opportunity to experience a yacht retreat before hosting your own. It’s a powerful way to explore the magic of life at sea while connecting with a global community of ocean-loving visionaries. Let’s co-create something extraordinary — on the sea, in flow, and with purpose.
