About REVANT OPTICS

BUILD BETTER isn’t just a tagline at Revant—it’s our ethos. The eyewear industry needs a smarter, more sustainable future, and Revant is committed to building it. We support the right to repair and specialize in high-performance, precision-crafted replacement lenses for over 500 brands, including industry leaders like Oakley, Smith, Costa, and Ray-Ban. We also make high-quality, lightweight, and fixable sunglasses from renewable resources. Our products extend the life of eyewear people already love, cutting down on plastic waste while delivering exceptional quality and performance. It’s a practical, scalable approach to responsible product development, backed by design, innovation, and purpose. In 2024, our commitment to thoughtful design was recognized with two European Design Awards for Eco Design. We were also named one of America’s Fastest Growing Online Shops by Newsweek and a Top Workplace in Oregon and SW Washington by The Oregonian. And that’s no accident. We’re a team of curious, motivated people who care deeply about our customers, community, the planet, and each other. We prioritize long-term thinking over short-term wins, and we value people who bring both empathy and energy to their work. This is a company with momentum. If you’re excited by solving tough problems, local manufacturing, and scaling a business that makes a real difference—if you’re ready to BUILD BETTER—we want to meet you.
