About Revision Zero

IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND, IT’S IN THE DETAIL The symbiotic relationship between planning and execution is often what makes or breaks a construction project. Ideally, detailing deliverables should inform its users and help to drive timely project completion. When that ideal cannot be lived up to, time-consuming reworks and the loss of precious construction time ensue. That means less profit for you. We truly get it! WHAT WE CAN DO, AT A GLANCE >> Prepare and/or complete steel shop drawings before you let the tender. This allows subcontractors to cost their involvement with a high degree of certainty. >> Prepare precast concrete shop drawings and coordinate with the structural steel shop drawings. This helps to ensure a complete and seamless fit. >> Incorporate HVAC services and plant into the model, again ensuring a complete and seamless fit. COMPETITIVE PRICING Based in Manila, Philippines, we have successfully blended local detailing talent with a management team from Australia and New Zealand. This lowers our own costs without compromising on quality, security and technical expertise. We pass those cost savings along to you. DIVERSE EXPERTISE Our full-time staff of over eighty come from a diverse range of backgrounds including steel fabrication, steel detailing, structural engineering, engineering management, construction management and project management. TRUSTED TECHNOLOGY & WORKFLOWS We use only tried and tested technology including Tekla Structures for steel and concrete detailing. In combination with the company’s strong internal processes and workflows potential problems are flagged and eliminated – long before they can ever become a problem for you. ON TIME DELIVERY We instil a compelling sense of urgency in all of our people and have made on-time delivery a core performance requirement of their day-to-day work. That translates directly into predictable, on-time delivery, for you.
