La Revista Jurídica es una de las publicaciones más prestigiosas de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. Se fundó en 1964 y, desde entonces, ha nutrido la comunidad jurídica a través del intercambio de ideas, debates y discusión de temas de alto interés jurídico y social. Nuestra revista promueve el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico y el conocimiento jurídico con el fin de contribuir al estudio y entendimiento de nuestro sistema de derecho. Se enriquece de artículos con alto impacto en la comunidad jurídica, con propuestas para solucionar problemas noveles de nuestro ordenamiento. The Law Review of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico is one of the most prestigious publications of our University. It was founded in 1964 and, since then, it has nurtured the legal community through the exchange of ideas, debates, and discussion of topics of great legal and social interest. Our law review promotes the development of critical thought and legal knowledge to contribute to the state and understanding of our system of laws. It enriches itself through articles of great impact for our legal community, which propose solutions to novel problems in our judicial system.
