Most B2B companies don’t have a sales problem. They have a responsibility gap. Calendars are full. Work gets done. But the commercial whole isn’t under control. Deals are lost long before any final decision is made, and no one can clearly say why. Responsibility usually sits with the CEO or founder. In reality, it gets pushed aside by everything else. Nothing is clearly broken. But no one owns the outcome. REVUE exists to change that. We take responsibility for making the commercial system work. We build and run the commercial process in practice. From how opportunities are created to how they move forward and turn into revenue. Because we are responsible for the outcome, we are involved in the day-to-day. We work with a limited number of companies at a time, and our earnings are directly tied to the success of our clients. If the commercial system does not produce results, the responsibility is ours. Because growth is not a campaign. It is a system that someone owns.
