RhinoSpark is an innovation consulting firm based in Lausanne, working with companies across French-speaking Switzerland. We help mid-sized to large organizations put their business models and strategic decisions to the test, before the market does it for them. Our core format, Business Model Crash-Testing, is built around 5-day innovation sprints designed to: test a business model, an offering, or a key assumption, rapidly prototype concrete solutions, including AI use cases, make decisions based on real-world evidence, not intuition. Our formats Business Model Crash-Testing AI Spark-5: AI prototyping & governance sprint (Swiss regulatory framework, FADP) UX Spark-5: design sprint with user-tested prototypes BizDev Spark-5: business development sprint, positioning & go-to-market Sprints can be preceded by a framing phase and extended through a structured follow-up to secure execution. 🎓 The RhinoSpark team is also active in higher education and innovation programs across Switzerland.
