About Rhizome Wellness Collective

Rhizome Wellness is a mission-driven mental health organization dedicated to advancing transgender-affirming, trauma-informed, and addiction-competent care through clinical services, professional training, and systems-level consultation. Our work centers transgender and gender-diverse people—particularly those impacted by developmental trauma, substance use, and systemic marginalization—while addressing the structural gaps that limit access to ethical, effective care. We believe healing occurs not only within individuals, but within relationships, organizations, and communities.
