About Rhythm and Moves

Rhythm and Moves provides quality physical educators to private and public schools as well as childcare facilities. Teachers arrive with equipment for all children and a planned lesson in hand. Units of instruction include, but are not limited to, fitness, volleyball, softball, baseball, football, Gaelic football, paddleball, hockey, lacrosse, basketball, and soccer.
