About RIAC UK

RIAC is a non-profit UK-based organisation that focuses on matching professionals who want to become trustees and non-execs, with UK arts organisations who are in turn looking for new, diverse talent to fill posts. In addition to being matched with an arts organisation, each individual selected by RIAC to participate will be matched with an experienced arts trustee, who will provide long-term mentoring as they grow into their new role.
