Breakthrough (revolutionary patent pending process) technology combines ingredients and processes to produce and freeze consistent product for distribution through existing foodservice channels with frozen desert capability. Product is sold through domestic and export market venues where specialty (sushi) chefs or less trained food service employees can: conventionally thaw product with no special equipment, cut, plate and serve. RiceWrap ingredients have and always will be, sourced with an eye to create the healthiest and freshest rice based product line available. Our cutting edge concern, which is ahead of the trend, is to provide seasoned sushi rice with no cane sugars. Currently, five of our seven offers are Vegan and Gluten Free! Our rice utilizes only organic rice vinegar, is Gluten Free, with no cane sugars and low sodium, no fat, no cholesterol, no artificial coloring's or flavors and no preservatives. Unique to the sushi rice world, ours is diabetic and tooth friendly.
