Richmond Shakespeare Society jobs and careers

About Richmond Shakespeare Society

Founded in 1934, Richmond Shakespeare Society (RSS) is a welcoming amateur theatre company based at the Mary Wallace Theatre on Twickenham’s riverside. Each year we stage eight diverse productions – from Shakespeare and the classics to modern plays – including our popular open-air summer show in the nearby Fountain Gardens. We also run our Junior and Young Actors’ Companies, providing young people with the opportunity to train and perform in a professional setting. As a registered charity, RSS is powered by volunteers. Whether you’d like to perform, help backstage, welcome audiences front of house, or enjoy great theatre locally, there’s a place for you here. Visit our website to find out more about how you can get involved.
