About Riffle Resilience

Riffle is a business continuity platform built directly into Jira Service Management and Confluence. We help organizations replace siloed BC tools with an Atlassian-native environment where planning, prioritization, and incident activation happen in the same place IT and operations already work. With Riffle, continuity becomes: - Business-led: Value Stream & asset-based planning that engages leaders and surfaces what really matters. - Collaborative: Living plans in Confluence, version-controlled and always current. - Actionable: One-click activation in Jira Service Management during disruption. Alongside the platform, Riffle Consulting provides program design and development services using Value Stream Mapping — helping organizations modernize continuity frameworks and build resilience into daily workflows. It’s not just a better tool, but a better approach.
