About Riggs Enterprise Corp.

Riggs Enterprise is an organizational development firm with expertise in strategy and leadership development, brand and communications and administrative and technical assistance. We help for-profit and nonprofit entities develop and execute their purpose within an ever-changing environment. Our company was born out of a belief that connected communities and professionally networked organizations require more than just management. We believe today's organizations require an inspired staff that bring energy, passion and an eye on the future. By using our inside-out approach to organizational develop, we engage leadership, boards, volunteers, staff, and all key stakeholders to fully identify their purpose, value proposition, future state, key attributes and brand narrative. Our firm has over 20 years of collective experience working with small-to-mid sized companies, trade associations and professional societies. Through our work we empower our clients by: • Helping leaders design business innovation through the creation of strategic and business development plans. • Personalize coaching, create structured mentoring and leadership development programs, and allow companies and organizations to focus on their greatest asset. • Engaging stakeholders by generating authentic and engaging experiences through focused marketing and communications. • Providing ongoing administrative and executive support to small nonprofits and for-profit organizations. At Riggs Enterprise, we believe in doing. And that is why we commit to donating a portion of every one of our contracts to Alex's Lemonade Stand, an organization that has inspired us to give back whenever possible.
