About Rio Health

At Rio Health, we believe in the power of plants to support health and wellbeing. For over 30 years, we've been dedicated to sourcing and sharing the finest natural products from around the globe — with a special passion for South American botanicals. Our journey began in Brazil, where our founders experienced firsthand the benefits of Amazonian herbs. Moved by their potency and traditional use, they made it their mission to bring these remarkable plants — like Guarana, Pau d’Arco, and Suma — to the UK and beyond. Built on the principles of fair trading, sustainability, responsibility, and uncompromising quality, Rio Health is proud to offer a wide range of trusted natural products. Our flagship Rio Amazon collection showcases premium rainforest herbs, while our award-winning Rio Rosa Mosqueta range brings the nourishing power of rosehip to natural skincare. As a UK distributor for respected wellness brands like Green Foods, Epigenar, Best Choice, and Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, we continue to expand our offering — staying true to our vision of becoming a leading supplier of high-quality, plant-based health and beauty solutions. From rainforest to remedy, we’re here to help you discover the best that nature has to offer.
