About RISE Commercial District

The story of RISE Commercial District began with a simple but powerful idea: To change the way businesses think about commercial space. We saw a growing need for more flexible, affordable, and scalable spaces that could help businesses thrive without the financial burden of long-term leases. In 2010, we opened our first facility in Indianapolis (Castleton), with 7 buildings and 38,500 square feet. What started as a small, practical solution to a common problem quickly grew into something much bigger. As of the start of 2025, we have expanded to 13 locations across the Midwest, and our aggressive growth plans continue. We’re not just adding buildings; we’re building communities where businesses can thrive. Every location is designed to give businesses the flexibility, support, and resources they need to scale quickly and efficiently. Our journey is driven by one core belief: that businesses of all sizes need flexibility. Whether you’re a small business just getting started or a larger company looking to grow without the burden of long-term commitments, RISE is here to provide the space you need to succeed. As we look toward the future, we remain committed to empowering businesses by providing them with the tools, space, and support they need to thrive. The work we do today lays the foundation for tomorrow’s success. We are proud to stand by our tenants and grow alongside them— because RISE is more than just a place to work. It’s a place to grow, innovate, and thrive.
